PropFirm.com does not charge challenge fees, evaluation fees, subscription fees, or usage fees.

The absence of fees does not create any entitlement to funding, profits, or continued access to the Platform.

PropFirm.com does not accept deposits, hold client funds, execute trades, or provide investment advice.

All trading activity, including live trading, is conducted through third-party brokers.
PropFirm.com is not a party to any trading relationship between users and third-party brokers.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade any financial instrument.

Evaluation programs are designed to assess trading performance based on predefined rules and risk parameters.

Participation in an evaluation program does not guarantee funding, capital allocation, or continued participation.
Any funding decision is made at the sole discretion of PropFirm.com.

Funding programs, if offered, may involve live trading accounts held with third-party brokers.

Certain evaluation phases may be conducted in simulated trading environments.
Simulated performance results do not reflect actual trading and may differ materially from live trading results.

Live trading, if applicable, is conducted through third-party brokers under their respective terms and conditions.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Comply with all program rules and risk limits

• Act independently and responsibly

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction

Users are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in losses.
Past performance, whether simulated or live, is not indicative of future results.

Users acknowledge that they participate in all programs at their own risk.

Use of the Platform does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between the user and PropFirm.com.

Users participate in the Platform as independent participants and are not entitled to employment benefits, compensation, or guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropFirm.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform or participation in any program.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the Platform is provided free of charge.

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including brokers, technology providers, and analytics tools.

PropFirm.com is not responsible for the availability, performance, or conduct of any third-party service.

PropFirm.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion in cases of rule violations, abuse, suspicious activity, or system integrity concerns.

All content, systems, trademarks, software, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of PropFirm.com and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

PropFirm.com may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

PropFirm.com may, at its discretion, provide users with access to third-party tools, software, or services, including premium features of TradingView.

Access to such benefits is provided free of charge and does not constitute compensation, payment, or consideration of any kind.

Eligibility for access to premium TradingView features is limited to users who maintain an active live trading account with a designated third-party broker and who have executed a minimum of one (1) standard lot of trading volume per calendar month on such account.

PropFirm.com reserves the right to verify trading activity through third-party broker data and to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to any such benefits at any time without prior notice.

Access to third-party tools is provided “as is,” and PropFirm.com is not responsible for the availability, functionality, pricing, or terms imposed by any third-party provider.
